Role Summary/Purpose: Handling and resolving customer queries and compliants

Essential Responsibilities: Part of the customer services team managing incoming calls from Credit Card holders.

 Responsible for achieving the call center targets on a daily basis ensuring high quality of service.

 Compliant to Business Policy, processes and procedures.
