Job Description [It is neither a core sector nor software development job] : Evaluate the impact of training provided Monitor, measure and report performance improvement for trainees Assess training groups and customize the training accordingly Design training courses and programs necessary to meet new/existing training needs Design training delivery necessary to meet new/existing training needs Ensure that all training activities and materials used to conduct training meet quality standards Support training sessions
Salary: Rs.8000/- during the internship period
Accommodation is provided for outstation candidates; the boarding and travel expenses while on business will be completely borne by the company Those who want to continue on a full time basis after the internship, can continue in the company at a package of Rs 3 lakhs per annum CTC after signing a 2-year service agreement with us
