Job Role: Staff Associate-Network Support

Job Summary :

 CCNA completed & CCNP knowledge with good concepts.

 Troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN/ Desktop. Perform Basic Problem Determination / Resolution & Perform Basic Change Mgmt.

Vendor management as appropriate (open ticket with vendor and escalate as appropriate).

 Documenting actions in the problem record. Contact other support groups or organizations as required.

 Maintain Customer / Account focus. Participate in RCA. Participate / support Network changes.

 Engage hands and eyes support as required. Route call to next level of support as required.

 Engage the recovery management process (crit sit, NSAM, MI, Executive Alert processes)
