Job Role: Assoc MSS Security Engineer
Job Summary :
The Service Desk Engineer will use their expertise and analytical skills to troubleshoot device problems
Is responsible for triage of customer issues in complex security network environments.
Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience. 1-3 years’ industry experience or 1 years of SOC Experience.
Hands-on expertise in any one of firewall (Cisco/Check Point/Juniper)
Knowledge on basic networking (OSI Layers, TCP/IP, IP addressing, Routing/routed protocols) along with CCNA
Proven customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Should be flexible with 24x7 shift rotation schedule.
