Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process
Scanning Resumes
Arranging for Interviews
Induction
Issuing Appointment Letters, Relieving Letters, General Corresponding Letters etc.
Coordination for Arranging training sessions
Counseling and Grievance handling
Generation of Monthly Reports
Resigned Data
Preparing Exit Analysis on the basis of the exit data
Good communication skill
0-2 yrs experience in generalist profile.
Computer knowledge is must.
