Job Summary :
We are looking for Associate - Talent Acquisition for our Recruitment Team - Bangalore Team.
Employment will be on a Contract basis.
Work Location - Madiwala / Electronic City office

Sourcing of CVs through portals like - Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn.
Following up with candidates.
Candidate with some experience in IT hiring will be preferred.
Strong Academics preferably MBA in HR
Excellent interpersonal skills, should be persuasive.
Process driven and should be innovative
Good understanding of recruitment process
Good with MIS.
Should have a willingness to understand technology
60% is mandatory throughout academics.
Qualification- Degree in MBA (Mandatory).
Experience - 0-1yr
Should be willing to work on weekends.
Immediate joinees will be preferred
