Associate Software Engineer-QA

The requirements for this position are: - First class engineering degree (Computer Science only) from a reputed institution - Exceptional academic record - Outstanding communication skills - A sharp mind and a can-do attitude Only candidates based in Bangalore or who can attend an interview on a very short notice need to apply. Candidates with more than two years of experience should not apply for this position.
•Zero to Two years of software testing experience
•Experience in Microsoft Technology platforms
•Expertise in Black box and white box testing
•Exposure to test automation tools such as WinRunner, LoadRunner etc is desirable
•Good understanding of quality processes like CMM will be an advantage
•The successful candidates will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, a solid understanding of standard testing techniques and methodologies, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Successful Completion of a Background Check is required for this opportunity.
