* Should have taken a course on basics and advanced DSP

* Should have a good academic track record from High School

* Should have knowledge of any DSP processor architecture

* Should have good knowledge of C and assembly language programming

* Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills

* Should have good communication skills to be able to express ideas in day to day work. 

* Must be an engineering student in the final semester of B.Tech or M.Tech for doing project in Broadcom Bangalore office full time.
