Involved in store operations & shop management. Ensuring implementation of Brand\'s service standards; that all employees greet and serve the customers. Responsible for efficient staff plan that covers all areas at all times. Executing meetings and trainings in terms of Company\'s values and procedures, knowledge about products and selling techniques. Involved in Retail Analysis i.e follow-up on daily/monthly/yearly financial reports and ensuring that the store is within the target. Merchandise planning ,forecasting quantity requirements at SKU (Stock Keeping Units) level for the store along with Planning and adherence to replenishment schedule. Managing the store visual & merchandise displays.
A graduate from preferred fields ( Retail, Aviation, Hospitality, Media, International BPO)
Ready to work co-operately in a team.
Can plan work so that it gets done on time.
