Job Role Service Desk Analyst
Basic Understanding of Active Directory \\ Mail Client preferably outlook \\ Network.
Excellent Communication skills and typing skills.
Able to do basic trouble shooting - Desktop and hardware.
1-3 years of experience in IT.
