Functional Area : Production, Manufacturing, Maintenance
Area of Working: Industrial Products / Heavy Machinery Planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities inline with customer demands in co-ordination with PPC. Planning of all necessary resources inline with 1 above Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis. Ensuring plant efficiency & plant recovery targets. Deployment of all Lean Manufacturing activities inline with corporate and unit level targets. Deployment & ensuring adherence to all Quality Management Targets inline with corporate and unit level targets. Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationship across the unit. Planning on investment & resources for new projects. Ensuring optimum layout planning for any new projects or any changes in the existing required if any. Closely coordinating with other departments like SCM, PE, QA, HR to ensure smooth running of all production related activities. Ensuring upkeep of shop floor & facility. Ensuring accident free work conditions.
Good Communication skills. 60% + in 10th & 12th 70% + in B.E (Aggregate till date) Ready to join in July
