Collection of samples for testing.
Raw material, In Process samples and finished product inspection/testing/issue of test reports.
Adherence to product Specifications.
Corrective and preventive actions as and where applicable.
Product traceability - Reserve Samples.
Generation and maintenance of Quality records.
Production process control in coordination with Production.
Inoculum development for fermentation.
Testing of microbiological purity at all stages of submerged fermentation.
Adherence to Good Laboratory Practice
Validations related to microbiology, biologicals and production culture group.
Equipment qualification and area qualification, Instrument calibration
Water testing and environment monitoring.
Maintenance of standard cultures.
Mycotoxin and Bacterial Endotoxin testing.
Preparation and issue of vials for Production.
