HR Trainee

1. Execute the training plan

- Check the availability of the trainers and employees
- Invite nominations for a training from the functional groups
- Schedule the trainings and make arrangements for the training session
- Collect feedback after every session
- Collate the training needs from the teams
- Maintenance of tools that aid in better performance of the dept
- Contacting vendors for specific training requests
- Create and maintain trackers regularly

2. Organisation Initiatives

- Actively participates in organisational initiatives
- Contributes to process improvement

Qualifications - MBA with specialisation in HR

Experience - 0.5 to 1 years of experience in coordinating role
