Data gathering and Financial Analysis of the applicants business and household
Cross-checking data about the customer and the customers business and residence required for credit approval process
Gather and maintain relevant customer documentation and checking the validity, accuracy and authenticity of the documents
Responsible for conducting reference and guarantor checks and verifying the creditworthiness of the customer, the co-signor and the guarantor
Presenting loan proposal to Credit Committee
Monitoring arrears and ensuring good portfolio quality. Resolving arrears with the CRM / CRS
Ensuring that the Product program for Individual loans is properly followed by field staff
Incorporating credit inputs into the product program relating to Individual loans when necessary
Responsible for detecting and cases of customer and staff fraud and reporting the same to the relevant partiesShould mentor and guide 2 credit executives and train them on the credit process, and monitor their performance
