Strong hands-on experience with Web technologies, Web standards & protocols, Languages (some of C / C++ / Java), Methodologies (OOD)

 Experience in Production Web systems characterized by high-end performance, reliability, availability, scalability, security

 In Depth knowledge in one or more of these fields is mandatory: Databases /Networking / OS / Distributed Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services

 Contributions in external forums (conferences, publications, blogs, open source)

 Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills

 Strong Technical leadership qualities

 Ability to learn new topics quickly

 Bachelors or Masters or PHD in computer science with reputed university or college
