Services Operations is a team that handles Project Tracking, Audit & Management functions for the Global Professional Services organization, apart from managing key aspects like Analytics, ownership & maintenance of CRM systems and providing support to the Senior Management to run key programs & initiatives. The team’s key focus areas are:

 

 1. Driving business operations and business process improvement initiatives :by defining and generating the right business health analytics metrics for senior management, defining and managing project quality audit systems, centralizing project management processes and implementing process control mechanisms

 2. Providing Operations Support to the global services groups :such as managing the training enrollment process, running Help desks for enterprise wide project management & knowledge management systems

 3. Managing PMO functions

 4. Ownership & Maintenance of CRM systems

 5. Data Analytics & Reporting

 

Responsibilities:

 

 The Associate - Services Operations should be able to:

 

1. Take ownership of fulfilling all project set up & tracking related requests sent to the Centralized PMO Team.

 2. Manage resource schedules in the CRM/PSA

 3. Work on reports & analysis as required/requested by the Management teams as well as own and manage regular reporting/audit practice.

 4. Take ownership of business processes for the Training Ops and handle it with complete independence.

 5. Establish high levels of accuracy and diligence in process maintenance work.

 6. Own, follow-up and resolve issues with limited day-to-day supervision.

 

Skills/Requirements :

 

We are looking for folks who enjoy working on key business processes and have an eye for detail. The specific skill sets that we are looking for are:

 

 1. Excellent Oral and Written communication.

 2. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Projects, etc )

 3. Accuracy in handling project & process related data.

 4. Attention to detail.

 5. Willingness to be flexible and work across various time zones as needed by the business.

 

Qualifications :

 

1. Qualification: Graduates (preferably in streams like – Commerce / Statistics / Economics / Business Management)

 2. Experience: 0 – 3 years (preferably in a set up that involves working on maintaining processes)
