Associate Consultant
As a Consultant you will be responsible for end to end process of recruitment with our clients. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are
* Understanding Client requirements, Client selection process and identify profile of the potential candidates who can fit the requirement
* Planning a Search strategy to identify the required profile
* Searching the candidates thru Internal databases, Job boards and thru your own networking
* Understand the technology and domain of the client.
* Understand candidate’s resumes, career plans and evaluate role fitment.
* Counsel candidates on how they should plan their career moves.
* Positioning relevant candidates to clients
* Follow thru till the requested position is closed
* Adherence to Careernet's Service Excellence framework comprising of Quality processes, usage of resume database application and participation in employee develop
and presentation skills.
* Flair for recruitment and establishing a career in recruitment.
* Basic knowledge on recruitment and recruitment industry.
