Management Trainee - HR
Opening for an HR - Recruiter for Non IT Recruitment, Position: Management Trainee - HR / Only male candidates, Experience: 0-1 year, Qualification: MBA in HR /MSW, Location: Bangalore, Gender: Male, Fresher can also apply
Position: Management Trainee - HR / Only male candidates.
1. Coordinate with different channels for sourcing profiles, initial assessment; follow up with Operations for interviews and joining-related processes
2. Conduct reference checks for the experienced candidates who have been selected through the interview process
3. Meet and evaluate recruitment consultants
4. Execute Campus-related activities
5. Liaison with team for Employee-Referral initiatives
6. Monitor process compliance of team members
7. Issuing the offer letter, appointment letters.
8. Taking care of welfare activities and birthday celebration.
9. Shall schedule Induction and conduct the Induction Programme.
10. Will Maintain the Personal folders.
11. Interact with employees on a regular basis and maintain good employee relations.
12. Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports. (Weekly recruitment report, MIS and monthly Naukri report).
13. Maintain recruitment database.
14. Preparation and initiate activities for the expansion of employee data bank.
