IT Recruiter (Domestic Recruitments) EXP: 0-2yrs DELHI Location
Looking for a young, competent Recruiting / HR professional with 1 month- 2 years of relevant experience and seeking a position of responsibility in a professional company. This person must have the commitment, initiative and resourcefulness to deliver on the recruiting needs of the organizations. Looking for a long-term player who can initially contribute with some strategic recruiting.
• Should handle the recruitment process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
• Supervise and manage the interview process- administer tests, evaluate the performance, screen out misfits, assess candidates.
• Work with full zeal and achieve targets.
• Should be able to clearly communicate the benefits of working at Magna to candidates..
This person will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting including managing direct reports, recruiting strategies, choosing the right method for sourcing candidates (job portals, ads etc.), determining the interview evaluation methods /tests, collect and gather status reports for discussion with senior management, create proposals for approval of new recruitment initiatives etc.
Responsible for achieving the recruitment targets to ensure the Company is adequately staffed with people with right skill sets and attitudes. The key performance criteria is to do recruiting in a way that new hires quickly become performers in the Magna environment and will enable the organization to deliver on client commitments.

• Ability to judge a person objectively is essential
• Strong ability to stay focused on the objectives and should not get overwhelmed by resumes, calls, candidates and the recruitment process
• Needs to have strong work ethic, willing to accept challenges & pressure
• MBA (HR) or graduates with at least one year of IT recruitment experience.
