Walk-in for Management Trainee (HR)
1 Maintaining MIS and database management for complete referrals and quick turnover time.
2 Instrumental in handling head hunting assignments.
3 Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different skill set categories.
4 Head hunting candidates from the client targeted companies.
5 Responsible for telephonic screening of the Candidates
6 Client servicing and client relations.
7 Delivering the CV’s in stipulated time frame.
