HR Generalist
• Job fore mostly involves in house recruitment.
• Should be handling 50 to 90 Employees.
• Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization.
• Handle the development and administration of performance management programmes in the organization.
• Training & Development.
• Statutory Compliance.
• Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by the workers.
• Efficiently manage Wage and Salary Administration.
MBA in HR, fresher to 1 year experience in HR function with a reputed company preference will be given for those coming from consulting background.
Should have good experience in areas like Internal Recruitment, Performance & Compensation Management and Training & Development.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
