Specialist / Analyst - Investor Reporting / Accounting
Responsibilities:
1) Reporting Remittance and delinquency information to the Trust on monthly basis as prescribed by Pooling and Servicing Agreements
2) Analysis of the various data generated to ensure underlying concepts and reporting conventions are met.
3) Passing necessary journal entries.
4) Wiring of funds as calculated by the Remittance reports.
Key Result Areas:
1) Meeting HRD of 19 reports per month.
2) Maintaining accuracy of 100% and timelines as per PSA.
Required Qualifications:
Full time MBA/PGDM in Finance
Preference will be given to any candidate that has prior experience in a loan servicing environment.
