Your work will consist
* Sourcing resumes through internet, headhunting, networking.
* Coordination with candidates and customers.
* Client Relationships, End to end recruitments.
Experience and Qualification :
. Any graduate/ under graduate
. 0.6 - 2 yrs exp in Recruitment (IT / Non-IT - BFSI, Manufacturing, Media, Telecom, Engineering, FMCG etc).
Essential skills :
· Good communication skills.
· Should have handled large customers.
· Good client interaction skills.
· Prior experience in headhunting for niche skills.
· Good relationship management skills.
· Should have carried team targets

· Motivate and Guide a Team, good people skills
