Service Desk Associate - Female Candidates ONLY

- Front-ending with customers on calls/ e-mails/ IM
- End to end ticket monitoring
- Regular follow-up with customers
- Liaise with L1/L2/L3/Vendors on open tickets
- Follow defined escalation procedures
- Assist with reports generation
- Assist with alert monitoring
