Executive - Recruitment
-Sourcing CVs through various channels
-Scrutinizing & short-listing the CV of candidates on the basis of JD's.
-Taking Preliminary round of interviews.
-Closing the offers till joining of the candidates.
-To discuss the work profile with the candidates.
-Negotiation with the candidates related to salary & Joining dates
-Creating and maintaining database of potential candidates
-Sourcing, short listing and selection and ensuring it is in line with planned manpower budget & organization structure
-Search candidates resume through Job Portal as well as Direct Hunting as per clients' requirements within given time frame.
