Looking for Freshers-Business Development Executive immediate opening

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: Fresher,0-6months (Experience in Business development)
Location: Bangalore
Compensation: Good base salary + Incentives
Qualification: ANY B.E / B.tech/MBA specialistion (HRM/Sales or Marketing)
Should have Excellent Communication
In Academics candidates should have 60 % or above marks scored
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Interacting with Clients over phone in (US, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Middle East) for the Requirements dealing with IT, Non-IT, Health care Services
· NO field job – 60% interaction over phone and 40% through mails
· Exploring potential business avenues/new markets for achieving Increased business growth and initiating market development efforts.
· Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
· Ensuring maintenance of excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business and retaining customers for future business excellence.
· Exposure in building new business segments/verticals and setting up processes for startups
· Analyze customer needs in terms of business obstacles, identifying projects, scoping potential solutions, and establish account presence by building trust with key accounts.
· A keen communicator toned with managerial, relationship management &problem solving skills
