Junior Engineers
- Responsible for the CPL/Tool Support/Bug Fix/EDhazmat Data loading/Auto pop Shipment Deliverables
- Responsible for Error free deliveries.
- Responding to customer requests/issues.
- Ensure that the SLA's are met for all the cases
- Process improvement/development
- Responsible for Tools support as per request.
- Preparation of Work Instructions
- Responsible for data fixes and data enhancements
- Conducting Internal Audits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
