Helps define development processes
Provides process consultation to the project team. Train the project on various processes. This includes the recommendation of solution alternatives and the identification of risks
Facilitates process tailoring in projects
Makes sure that effective process deployment is done across various projects
Helps various projects to collect metrics data
Interfaces with the HQ quality team
Participates in process and product audits
Follows software quality process and methodology standards, including those for design, data quality, code, version control, defect/change request tracking, documentation, work product review, unit testing and environment management
Reviewing requirements and functional specifications and providing feedback to the project team. Includes participation/input to the requirements process
Participate in Target India's process improvement initiatives
BE/MCA graduate
0-2 years in software quality as SQA/SEPG member
Exposure to process definition, implementation, audit/assessments
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Functions as an effective member of a team by modeling teamwork and team effectiveness
Effectively organizes and executes a demanding workload
Understands the implication work assignments have on one portion of a project
