1. Good in Java and OOPs Concept
2. Having knowledge of J2ME and BlackBerry.
3. Worked on tools like J2ME Polish, JavaGround etc
4. Knowledge of devices specific issue for Nokia , Samsung , Sony etc
5. Good communication
6. Willingness to learn.
