Knowledge of Hardware (Desktop).
LAN & WAN Setup , Handling Entry Level Servers & Printers (Entry Level),
OS- Windows 98, XP, 2000 Professional, Windows 2003 Server, Vista and other Software Installations like Adobe, Corel, Microsoft Office different versions, Antivirus Software.
Configuring Microsoft Oulook, Outlook Express.
Network printer installation and configuration.
Internet configuration and troubleshooting.
Network troubleshooting.
Hands on experience on Laptops. (OS ,Driver, Software Installation, Basic troubleshooting)
