Responsibility:
Procuring and screening resumes for the current hiring needs of the various requirements from Clients.
Evaluating the candidates' job stability and reasons for seeking a career change.
Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients' requirements.
Evaluating the candidates' skills and competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation.
Follow up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once confirmed, join the organization.
Identifying candidates to match the clients' requirements.
Identified, Screened and Assisted in recruiting candidates via Telephone/email
Preparing and releasing advertisements in Different portals
Preference for candidates staying in and around HAL Airport.
