We are a Bangalore-based on-demand product start-up company. We are the leading providers of a Software-as-a-Service CRM product for India – ImpelCRM . We are now looking for four (4) software developers to join our development team.

• B.A, B.Com. B.Sc, BBM or MCA graduates only, graduated in 2009; no BE/BTech please.
• You will be working on our development platform zeroCode . There is no Java or .NET work; there is a lot of HTML and JavaScript/DOM/Web 2.0 work.
• We are a product company, so you will work completely on our product.
• We are a start-up product company, so expect to put in a lot of hard work. This is NOT a 9-to-6 job. If something needs to be completed, then it needs to be completed, no matter that you work at 2 AM.
• We are a start-up, so don’t expect fancy offices and perks. But we do pay reasonably well.
• We are a start-up and therefore do not have a rigid hierarchy. So we can guarantee that you will swim at the deep end, but you will learn a lot and have a lot more responsibility than your peers elsewhere.
• You need to be able to speak with and understand customer requirements around ImpelCRM, so conversations with team leaders and others will mostly be about business scenarios, not about technology.

If you like a fast-paced challenging environment without a rigid structure, then this may be the place for you. We are conducting an Entrance Test for Freshers on Saturday, April 17th at 10:00 a.m. at our offices. Only the first 100 people who land up on Saturday will be able to take the Test.
