Roles and Responsibilities: Storage Technologies
Skill & Job Requirements: "Candidate should have experience in Monitoring tasks like Monitoring theStorage Utilization, Monitoring Paths using Powerpath, storage space managementand Event monitoring & analyzing. Identifying the basic hardware issues and Escalating to the Vendor for issues like Disk Failures, SPS Failures and Backend Issues.
Skills: Co-coordinating for Dial-in Access and all other Dial Homeerrors. Monitoring the Rebuilding of data in hot-spare when there is a diskfailure. Strong troubleshooting skills in Storage environment and solving theproblems in very short time, pro-active measures and preventive measure forstorage problems/errors. Creation of weekly status reports, escalatingunre solved problems /pending tickets immediately to the next Level."
