Achieve the desired sales objectives ( KPI) by lead generation through CRM/ customer contact. Business Development by generating leads through calling upon segmented prospects. Generating leads of interested prospects. Ie. Prospects consenting to meet the financial advisor from Aviva Transferring leads to FPCs by way of a pre-decided process – LMS Main Priorities:Understanding the proposition pitch/ script, opening statement, key discussion points, closing by fixing appointment Excellent influencing and selling skills – esp. over phone Skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, listening, problem solving and decision making. Experience:Having 1-3 yrs of Sales experience in financial services.
