Excellent verbal communication (High end voice)
Excellent analytical skills
Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently (Technical / Non-Technical)
Willingness to work in night shifts is mandatory
2010 Graduate with no standing arrears
Min 10+2+3 year education pattern is mandatory (10+2+3 Year Diploma courses with no standing arrears are eligible)
