·To Process data based on defined procedures and guidelines
·Make entry into the system ensuring accuracy.
·Where required, perform a basic level of research to elicit the required data.
·If data available is inadequate, escalate / follow prescribed procedure to address the same.
·Adhere to SLA's as defined for the process.
·Meet business targets for both quantity and quality.
Should have competed 15 yrs of regular education;
Shouldn't have attended any TCS interview in last 6 months;
Candidates can walk-in between 15th June - 21st June '10 ; 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the following venue with a copy of resume.
