The services that we offer include Software Product Design and Development, System and Application Integration, QA and Testing, and Application Maintenance and Production Support.
Urgent opening for Freshers - BPO Non Voice
•Candidate should carry Basic Back Office Support work in normal day to day back office administration.
•Would need to work on Microsoft Word & Excel and should be willing to learn similar new skills.
•The work also involves collecting information from various websites and designing Job Portal for American clients.
•Typing Speed should be > 25 wpm with more than 90% Accuracy.
•Good command over written and spoken English a must.
•Should have a neutral accent in English Language to report American clients and resolve issues related to project.
•Must be Proficient in working on Microsoft Word & Excel.
•Multi-tasking, should work towards deadlines.
•Should be comfortable with browsing various websites.
•Reliable & accountable, take pride in work, attentive to detail.
•Occasionally willing to work extra hours to meet critical deliverable targets.
•Good team player both within the team and organization.
