Screening candidates, short-list & call suitable candidates ( for IT & Non IT Recruitments), Salary Negotiations, Follow-up until Closure.
-The candidate should be a Graduate
0 - 1 yr experience in IT Recruitments
> Should have good understanding of IT Skills.
> Comfortable with sourcing the candidates with or without portals
> Should have a very good communication skills.
