Associate- Voice( Walkin )
* Good Customer Service skills
* Good English communication skills
* High energy level
* Open to work in night shifts
Competencies Required:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal / written)
• Effective listening skills
• Willingness to multi-task and work as a team member
• Adequate knowledge in MS-Office / Email operations
• Typing skill with minimum speed of 30WPM
Competencies - Optional
• Prior experience in the airline travel / ticketing domain or an international BPO domain will be an added advantage
• Experience in Travel industry or IATA /MTA.
