HR Executive
HR Executive is an Entry Level management position that deals with various HR functions.
The selected candidate would be responsible for:
1. Formulating Job Descriptions
2. Performance Appraisal
3. Preparing Appointment orders along with fixing CTC
4. Maintaining Employee Files along with various records
5. Recruitment and Selection
6. Employee Induction Programs
7. Executing Disciplinary actions and maintaining records for the same
The Desired Candidate must posess the following skills
1. Good Knowledge in HR and Industrial Relations
2. Must be a commerce Graduate
3. Sincere in Work
4. Good Communication and Presentation Skills
5. Meticulous In Record Keeping and Maintenance
