Field Recruiter/ Only Male Candidate-Non IT Recruiter
- Mainly responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process of identifying, prescreening, placement and management of contract employees, direct permanent candidates and project hires for the company.
- Involved in Field Recruitment and sourcing candidate through Network, database, conducting Walk-in, reference
Preparing candidates and client on the interview process to assure the partnership is a viable match.
- Arranging technical screening for candidates including, phone interviews and /or in person interviews and setting up appropriate times.
- Ability to build relationships with preferred vendors and gaining experience in managing them.
- Scheduling & Coordinating interview call for consultants with the client.
-Screening and formatting resumes for presentation of the candidates to the clients.
- Posting requirement on Job Portals.
- Maintaining Daily and Weekly report of all the activities through MS-Excel sheet.
-A dedicated professional with 1+years of experience in entire Corporate Recruitments process.
Possess extensive experience in full cycle of resource recruitment, customer relationship management and to work in line with the client's business needs to deliver timely results.
Expert in sourcing and screening qualified candidates, interviewing, identifying talent and managing the hiring process.
- Proved effective in building positive relationships with personnel at all levels within the company as well as the clients and provide the highest level of service to meet the strategic needs of the organization.
- Excellent communication, strategic sourcing and negotiation skills with a proven track record of excellence in the placement process.
