JoB Title: Customer Service Executives( Voice - Non Technical)
* Acquire knowledge on HSBC products and service offerings
* Efficiently answer customer queries on various products and services offered by the bank
Skills Required:

* Ability to interpret and handle complex numerical data
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
* Good keyboard skills
* Flexibility to work in shifts
Minimum Education Criteria: Graduation/class 12th pass
Age Criteria: 18-50 Years

* 0 - 5 years of experience in customer service(voice)
