Position : Senior Technical Recruiter / Junior Technical Recruiter – (US Staffing – Night Shift)
Education : Bachelor Degree in Technology / Related Field
Experience : 1 – 3 years
Identification Process:
• Knowledge of working with US clients & US Candidates.
• Utilize internal database/Job portals to identify potential candidates
• Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract employment
• Identify networking activities such as calling on technical schools and outplacement services if needed
Hiring Process:
• Excellent knowledge of IT skills, current market trends in IT.
• Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet position requirements
• Conduct skills testing
• Provide information and discuss the rate and pay structure with the prospective consultants
• Obtain relevant documentation for the on-boarding process
• Excellent knowledge of US tax terms
• Confident in discussion with higher management people.
• Maintain excellent documentation.
• Candidates working on FTE/Contractual.
• Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment/ US staffing.
• Responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of consulting employees.
• Must have experience on hiring for Full Time/Contract/Temp.
• The ability to develop strong communication channels with candidates is crucial to business success.
• To achieve this, the incumbent must provide the contract employees with all the information pertaining to the position, Rateand Salary negotiation and required documentation necessary for the onboarding process.
• Ability to use internet as a recruiting/networking tool
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities
Salary :
Senior Recruiters – 15K
Junior Recruiters – 8 – 10K
