Immediate Requirement for Technical Process
- Handling Inbound customer calls and resolving technical queries
- Excellent Communication Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Should be Comfortable to work in shifts
- Knowledge in troubleshooting on Hardware, Networking, and Software & OS issues.
