Walk in Interview for IT Recruiter on 29th Sep 2012 @ Varite Bangalore Role:Recruitment Executive As a Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiter for Bangalore Location – India Markets, VARITE is looking for a candidate with great integrity, ethics, professionalism, and astute business skills. The ideal candidate will have: * At least 0-2 years experience working as a IT/Technical Recruiter-Fresher also can attend the Interview * Responsible for full life cycle of IT/Telecom/Networking Recruitment process. * Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience in servicing, managing and delivering permanent and contract staffing services to large MNCs. * Strong Sales, Account Management and Recruitment background in permanent and/or contract technical staffing. * Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles on time. * Effective presentation and communication skills to impress top corporate executives * Internal & External Searches, using Web Portals, Networking etc. * Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates. * Willingness to travel nationwide to meet with the clients. * Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present quality resumes to the client. * Good understanding of various software & technologies is desired * If have experience in Contract Staffing is an advantage. * Should be process driven, able to generate various MIS Reports & maintain/build Resume Database * A degree in Engineering and/or Management from a reputed University and/or Institution. - Candidates should have 1-3 yrs exp in IT/ Technical Recruitments and should have strong understanding on IT Technologies - Candidates from IT Staffing or RPO Company will be preferrable.
