Qualification: Diploma(EEE) Passed out year : 2009 -2012 Experience: 0 to 2 years Job Location: Bangalore Percentage Criteria : 65% throughout the Career. 1. Based on the customer service call, visit the customer for solving the problems 2. Collection of Service report as per service call 3. Collect the enhancement report as per enhancement requirement 4. Collect the Satisfaction survey reports 5. Attending AMC and CMC maintenance at field 6. Collecting of performance report of the product in the field 7. Good Customer Relationship 8. Based on the service call and information from the Service Manager, visit the field for solving the problems 9. Good Problem Solving Skills. 10. Handover the failure parts or components to the Service in charge 11. Maintain and submit the service reports 12. Should organize and support for installation of the machine in the field. 13. Candidate should be ready to travel. 14.
