Junior Technical Service Engineer - Technical Helpdesk
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for first level support of all Ocwen IT systems
- Creation of trouble tickets NT, Mail, and Novell Account administration Problem determination for Ocwen Internal Applications, Windows (95 thru XP), Microsoft Office
- Provide telephone support for Frequently Asked Questions Effective escalation and follow-up with trouble tickets
- Co-ordination and followup of all MAC (Move, Add, Change) activities
KRAs:-
- Ensure 100% resolution of escalations.
- Ensure accurate and timely response to user problems.
- Understand the urgency and accordingly prioritize issues.
- Understanding of the Ocwen IT environment.
- Undestand the problem and escalate it to the correct 2nd level of escalation.
Qualifications and Skills:-
• Graduate
• Experience or certifications in Microsoft Windows (95 thru XP desktop and server,) Microsoft Office and e-mail systems required.
• The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year experience working in high volume help desks.
• Must have good interpersonal and telephone skills with the ability to present a highly professional presence to callers.
• Must be able to work overtime and shift work.
• Prior experience with Siebel trouble ticketing system a plus
