1. Conduct and Participate in 5-S Audits. 2. Update 5-S display boards after approval by HOD. 3. Entry of audit observations. Maintenance tracker database and generation of reports. 4. Daily follow-up with zonal leaders for 5-S implementation. 5. Take worst and best area photographs for competition as per the schedule. 6. Make presentation/documents for 5-S activities. 7. Entry of Kaizen in database and maintenance of data base. 8. Audit of 5-S display boards. 9. Maintenance of files and records of department. 10.
