Ibis Navi Mumbai, India is a 196 room hotel located on the Thane-Belapur Road at a major junction (Turbhe Junction). Navi Mumbai is a city on the west coast of the Indian state of Maharashtra and was developed as a twin city of Mumbai, and is the largest planned city in the world. It is one of the key growth centers in the larger Mumbai metropolitan region. This hotel is central to most of the existing and upcoming commercial developments within Navi Mumbai.
Ensure a highest level of hospitality in all food and beverage services. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by handling guest complaints professionally. Ensure optimal and cost effective use of resources. Provide support to Food and Beverage Production team. Mandatory Fluent in written and spoken English. Outstanding personality and unmatched levels of energy, enthusiasm and commitment. Excellent multi-tasking, problem solving, service orientation and interpersonal team skills. Displays high level of flexibility, initiative, sincerity and team work. Knows and is able to use MS Office Suite.
Nice to Have Graduate in Hotel management. Prior relevant experience of at least 6 months will be preferred.
