FCI Diploma with Hotel/Restaurant or Retail experience would be preferred.
Attending the Guests & extending standard hospitality services
Facilitating Guests in choosing their order.
Co-ordination with Kitchen team for timely delivery of order.
Ensuring cleanliness & hygiene in their set of area.
Adhering to SOPs of the department
Facilitating guests in any housekeeping related issues.
